Tomato Basil Baguette Sandwich
Find a really fresh Sourdough or French Baguette, slice it down the middle and lay flat. Slice up some ripe Tomatoes. Pick some fresh Basil from your garden or buy some from a farmers market.
Here is a low-fat trick: Use Laughing Cow low-fat, low-cal Cheese, and spread generously on both sides of the bread. Lay tomato slices on one side of the bread and basil on the other. Drizzle tomato slices with Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.
