A selection of wonderful recipes from Dianne’s restaurant kitchen

Stir-Fry (Base)
6 cups cooked Brown Rice, (you can use quick rice)
1 whole chopped Sweet Onion
3 cups finely chopped Chinese Cabbage
3 minced cloves of Garlic
4 tablespoons Grape Seed or Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1/4 cup or less good quality Teriyaki Sauce
Garlic Salt and Pepper
Cook brown rice and put aside. In 4 tablespoons of grape seed oil or olive oil, sauté all of the cabbage, garlic and onions. (If you want to add other veggies or meat, this would be the time.) Now add rice and continue sautéing. Finally, add sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and pepper.
Examples of veggies and meat to add: bell pepper, broccoli, green onions, chicken, steak, mushrooms... use your imagination! |
