These are perfect to make when you have leftover meat, chicken, fish or even veggies.
Buy a package of large wonton wraps. Shred steak, chicken or any combination of leftovers, and place a few tablespoons in the middle of each wrap. Fold them like napkins, using water to seal them.
On the stovetop, heat a skillet with an 1/8 inch of oil. Place a few wraps in the oil, and brown them on both sides. Remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
