Not your usual...
Strawberry Smoothie
8 ounces fresh squeezed Orange Juice
10 Strawberries, stems removed
1 frozen Banana
¼ cup other Berries, (Blueberries and Raspberries)
1/8 cup Yogurt (optional)
Ice (to thicken it up)
Blend all ingredients in a blender. The best part of this recipe is that you can pour these ingredients into Popsicle trays and freeze or pour in plastic cups and freeze to make sorbet...
