1 whole (or 8 to 10 pcs) Chicken
1 clove Garlic
Garlic Salt to taste
1/4 cup Lime Juice (bottled or fresh)
2 cups Fresh Organic Red Salsa
Place chicken in baking pan and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover with chopped garlic, lime juice and salsa. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 500° or until lightly browned. Cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Serve over barley, couscous, brown rice, or vegetables and garnish with fresh salsa.
