spacer Broiled Salmon

Salmon

1 large fillet washed and patted dry. 

There are two simple ways to make this tasty dish:  

1) Smother the fish with mayo, garlic salt and pepper.  Broil or bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. 

2) Cover the fish with 5 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.  Then squeeze lemon all over it.  Broil or bake just like above. 

Serve with Steamed Asparagus and Rice Pilaf (this is one thing I like to use from a box, Near East is very good.)
