Rosemary Baked Potatoes
6 Red Potatoes
3 tablespoons fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
Spray Olive Oil
Heat oven to 375°.
Wash and dry potatoes. Cut them in half and in half again and then cut to make cube-sized pieces. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with olive oil spray. Place all potato cubes on foil and lightly spray them, then sprinkle with rosemary, garlic salt and pepper.
Bake in oven until top side is brown. With spatula, turn potatoes to brown the other side. |
