Dianne's Famous Quiche

Quiche4 Eggs beaten
3 to 4 cups your choice of Grated Cheese
Any kind of Sautéed Veggies you would like to add
Salt and Pepper to taste
A prepared Whole-Wheat Pastry Shell in a pie dish, baked for 10 minutes.  Or for a low-carb recipe, don’t use a pastry shell; just spray olive oil spray onto a glass pie dish.

This is another one of my simple and very delicious recipes. Beat eggs and pour into pastry shell.  Add cheese and veggies and spread around. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.  You can tell the quiche is done when it does not appear runny.
Serve with a big green salad or use this as a breakfast entree. Terrif!
