Graham Cracker Crust
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tablespoons melted Butter
Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs and press against side of pie plate. Bake crust for just ten minutes at 350 degrees.
Pumpkin Maple Cheesecake Filling
3 packages (8 ounces each) softened Cream Cheese
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack Pumpkin Puree
½ cup pure Maple Syrup
3 large Eggs
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Beat together all of the ingredients in a large bowl and then pour into the pie crust. Bake at 350° until center is just set, about 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool, cover and refrigerate. |
