spacer Maple Balsamic Pork Chops
Pork Chops
6 to 8 nice, lean Pork Chops or Pork Steaks
Oat Flour
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.  Flour pork chops and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.  Carefully lay pork chops in hot oil and brown both sides.  Don’t overcook.  Drizzle with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.  Also try a little fresh apple sauce on the side.
