Maple Pork Chops
6 to 8 nice, lean Pork Chops or Pork Steaks
Oat Flour
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
A drizzle of Maple Syrup
In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Flour pork chops and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Carefully lay pork chops in hot oil and brown both sides. Don’t overcook.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Also try a little fresh apple sauce on the side.
