1 whole (or 8 to 10 pcs) Chicken
Garlic Salt to taste
1 commercial jar of quality Pesto
(made with olive oil)
Place chicken in baking pan and sprinkle with garlic salt. Spread pesto all over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 500° or until lightly browned. Cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
