4 cups sliced fresh organic Strawberries
3 cups homemade Whipped Cream, sweetened with Stevia or other sugar-free sweetener
This recipe is too easy! Find a beautiful glass bowl and layer strawberries and whipped cream, all the way to the top. If you would like, add thin slices of pound cake or angel food cake, although that will make this a high-carb recipe. The strawberries and whipped cream are delicious without the cake!
