3lbs Ground Lamb
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 cloves Minced Garlic
Mix all ingredients well by hand in a bowl. Form meatballs.
Place them on skewers and BBQ over the grill, or simply broil them in your oven.
Serve in pita pockets, or over rice.
