Marinade
For grilling chicken or steak
½ cup White Wine
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
6 minced cloves of Garlic
½ cup Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Marinade pieces of boneless chicken 15 minutes before you grill. Spray oil on grill and when good and hot, lay chicken pieces on. After nicely BBQed, slice chicken in large pieces and lay on pasta.
Garlic Pasta
After cooking pasta of your choice, set aside. In bowl, put ½ cup White Wine, 5 cloves Minced Garlic, ¼ cup of Olive Oil, ¼ cup chopped fresh Basil, and chopped Plump Tomato, Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix with pasta and serve with green salad and veggies. |
