Dianne's Fudge Brownies

1 cup Butter, softened
6 1-ounce squares Unsweetened Chocolate
2½ cups Sugar (try Maple Sugar or Organic Cane Sugar)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 cup Oat Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup chopped Nuts, your choice

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, making sure to stir the whole time.  Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then add the warm butter and chocolate and mix well. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan, and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.  Don’t over-bake!

These brownies are really gooey and decadent.
