Fried Wontons
3 pounds low fat Ground Beef or Turkey
2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
½ Sweet Onion, shredded
¼ cup low sodium Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons good quality Teriyaki Sauce
Wonton Wrappers (large size)
Olive Oil
Mix meat well with hands.
Follow directions on wonton wrapper package for stuffing and folding. Fry in olive oil over medium-high heat until lightly browned and wontons are floating.
Drain and dip in low-sodium soy sauce.
