Cranberry Relish
Cranberry relish
1 bag fresh Cranberries washed and picked over
½ Orange, 3 tablespoons grated rind and the rest juiced
Stevia or Sugar to taste

In a food processer, place fresh cranberries, grated orange rind, the juice from ½ of an orange, and stevia or sugar to taste. Pulse the food processer until desired puree. I like mine a little chunky. This is so healthy for you. Refrigerate for up to two weeks. Use it every day or serve as a healthy desert.
