Cornish Game Hens with Brown Rice

4 or more Cornish Game Hens
2½ cups Organic Chicken Broth
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1/8 cup Maple Syrup
4 cups Instant Brown Rice
Vegetable of your choice

Preheat oven to 400°. 

Rinse hens inside and out, and pat dry.  Spray bottom of baking dish with olive oil spray.  Pour brown rice on bottom of pan.  Arrange chickens on top of brown rice.  Pour chicken broth over hens and brown rice.  Place veggies around hens, and pour balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and melted butter over everything.  Garlic salt and pepper everything well. 

Bake without a cover until brown, then cover well and bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
