Chocolate Mousse...
2 cups
Whipping Cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup
Powdered Cocoa
1 teaspoon
Pure Vanilla Extract
Sugar
or
Stevia
to taste
In a blender or mixer, blend all ingredients on high until the mousse forms peaks. Top with Whipped Cream.
