Delicious Italian Chicken

Chicken8 to 10 pieces of Chicken (I like to use dark meat)
3 tablespoons pure Coconut Oil
A jar of your favorite Marinara Sauce
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven 350°. 

In a skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil.  Add raw chicken and brown both sides, then garlic salt and pepper both sides. 

Place browned chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.  Pour marinara sauce over chicken and cover with foil.  Make sure foil does not touch pasta sauce.  Place in oven for about 30 to 45 minutes.  Check every once in a while to make sure the chicken is not getting too brown.  Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes.
