Dianne's Recipes
A selection of wonderful recipes from Dianne’s restaurant kitchen

¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Fat Free or Olive Oil Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon Anchovy Paste, optional
¼ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 to 4 cloves Garlic, minced
Whisk ingredients together and toss with organic romaine lettuce. Add extra Parmesan cheese to taste.  |
