Black Beans (refried or whole}
Veggies
Salsa

  Ideas for Lunch or Dinner Burrito:
Chicken or Beef. You can use left-overs or a store-bought rotisserie chicken
Black Beans, (refried or whole)
Cilantro, organic
Tomatoes
Whole, raw cheese
Veggies
Salsa

Heat in oven at 300 degrees or warm in microwave.
