Large low carb or whole wheat tortilla or pita bread
Scrambled eggs
Sautéed onions
Sautéed spinach or other veggies
Any type of meat, or chicken
Shredded cheese of your choice
Salsa
Place tortilla on paper plate, add all of the ingredients, and fold like a burrito. Put a wet paper towel on top of the burrito to keep it most. Microwave for about 1 minute or until warm. Serve with salsa or be creative.
