1 whole (or 8 to 10 pcs) Chicken 2 pkgs of natural Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar Potatoes & Carrots
Place chicken, potatoes and carrots in baking pan. Pour Balsamic Vinegar over ingredients and sprinkle with Italian Salad Dressing mix.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 500° or until lightly browned. Cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
