Fresh Apple Sauce
2 of your favorite Apples
3 shakes of Cinnamon
Sweetener to taste, such as Stevia,
Maple Syrup, Honey, or Sugar
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Peel apples and cut into slices. Place apples, cinnamon, sweetener and lemon into food processor, and process until apple is the desired texture.
This sauce should be eaten soon after it is made because it can turn a little brown, and the health benefit is best when used immediately.
